It’s simple! You fill out a fun questionnaire covering your preferences, budget, and party vibe, and we take care of the rest.
Once we get the initial inquiry, we will get back to you in 24-48 hours with the exact per person cost of the trip & a link to send to each member of the party.
This is a secure payment option that allows guests to pay with monthly installments, if needed. Once we receive payment for all group members, we create a fully customized itinerary, book all your travel and experiences, and reveal the entire plan to your crew when you arrive at the airport. It’s the ultimate surprise party experience!

What if we want to add things to our itinerary?
We love making things extra special! You can choose from a wide range of add-ons, from custom decorations and themes to unique experiences like private dinners, group photoshoots, and even surprise events. Just let us know what you want, and we’ll make it happen!
Can we book a Surprise, Bach! Trip for a group other than a bachelorette party?
Of course! While we specialize in bachelorette parties, we also plan surprise trips for other occasions like birthdays, girls’ weekends, or any event that calls for a fun and memorable celebration. Just reach out, and we’ll work with you to make it epic!
Are The trips domestic or international?
We offer both! Whether you’re dreaming of a tropical beach getaway, a chic city escape, or an adventurous weekend in the mountains, we’ve got options in a variety of locations. We cover this in our questionnaire to ensure we are sending you somewhere that is a comfortable distance for your ideal bach!
What happens if we miss our flight or it gets delayed?
We know things don’t always go as planned, and delays happen! If you miss your flight or experience a delay, let us know ASAP so we can help you with any necessary adjustments. While we can’t cover the cost of missed flights, we’ll work with you and your group to get back on track, ensuring you don’t miss out on any of the fun.
Can we customize the vibe of our party?
Absolutely! This is YOUR celebration, and we want it to feel like you. Whether you want a laid-back weekend of relaxation or an all-out party extravaganza, we’ll curate experiences and locations that match your vibe perfectly. We’ve got options for every mood!
When Do we find out the details of our trip?
The big reveal happens when you and your crew arrive at the airport! If you don’t want to wait until then, you can open your envelope when you receive your surprise box! Totally up to you! Welcome boxes arrive 2 weeks before the trip.
How Will We know what to wear?
Not to worry! Right after you book and we craft your itinerary, we send you a countdown email with some hints as to what to pack and what vibe the outfit should be! We give just enough detail for outfit planning, but not enough to ruin the surprise!
What if we need to change something after booking?
Life happens, and we get it! If you need to make changes to your itinerary or booking, just let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes and ensure your plans stay on track.
How Many People Can Join A Trip?
Our packages can accommodate groups of various sizes, from intimate parties to larger squads! We can work with you to plan for the perfect group size, ensuring everyone has a great time.
How Far in advance should we start planning?
The earlier the better! Planning in advance allows for more flexible payment options. You can spread the payments over time to make it easier on your budget. That being said, we can also put together a last minute bach for our brides who are more spontaneous.
What is the cancellation policy?
We totally understand that life happens and plans can change! If you need to cancel or adjust your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.
Some bookings may be non-refundable depending on the terms and conditions set by the vendors we book with (like flights, accommodations, or experiences).
Don’t worry — we’ll always share documentation of each vendor’s cancellation policy with you upfront so there are no surprises (other than the fun kind)!
